  2. Possible Issues with Virtual Classes

Why do we require a 24 hour advance notice to schedule/cancel lessons?

With less than 24 hour notice we have to charge you for the time that you booked.

It may seem that if the classes are conducted virtually there should be more flexibility than 24 hours, right? But, just because your child's school is doing classes remotely that doesn't mean that they don't have to pay the teacher if your child calls out sick. It's almost impossible for us to fill the slot that you previously booked if there in less than 24 hours ( just like you, other students plan their classes in advance).

We understand that occasionally things come up that are beyond your control. These can be as simple as you getting stuck in traffic on your way home or waking up and not feeling well, but the teachers have to get paid, so yes you may have to lose $6-$8 occasionally!
